What is Floating License Server?
Floating License Server is an on-premise application that you can install in your company's infrastructure to enable automatic distribution of JetBrains floating licenses. It requires an Internet connection to contact JetBrains Account every hour and obtain license information. To start using Floating License Server, you need to own more than 50 active product subscriptions. Please contact our sales team for more information.
Features
License Management
Distribute product licences via the flexible floating license model without the need to manually issue and revoke subscriptions individually. Set up whitelists, blacklists, and priority lists for better control over product usage.
Student license holders can get a 25% Graduation discount, which can be used towards the purchase of a new personal subscription for any single JetBrains product or for the All Products pack. The same 25% Graduation discount is offered to students of coding bootcamps and training courses who have used free coupon codes during their training.
